LOL, Abby!
I have another vaguely amusing quote here...
(Watching HP and the Order of the Phoenix)
Sirius: (dies)
Katey: This is horrible...but does it look a little like Harry's smiling to you?
Elyse: Oh my God! It kind of does!
Me: He's like, "OH HOORAY, HE'S FINALLY GONE! I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR HIM TO DIE THIS ENTIRE MOVIE!"
Katey: He could either shave his beard, or DIE....AND HE JUST WOULDN'T SHAVE!
That is the first time I have, like, died laughing while watching that part of Order of the Phoenix. We are of the opinion that Sirius should not have had a beard... _________________

Here's a few from work -
(At the Wolverine premiere with my friend Yesenia)
Yesenia (looking at the huge lines): Wow, look at all these nerds.
Me (mock offense): Hey! I'm A nerd!
Greg (guy taking our tickets): She is. I know. I work with her.
Yesenia: Well, she's a hot nerd, so it doesn't count.
Me: Is that how it works?
After Tim (guy I work with) took my hat -
Me: You jerk, give it to me already! Give it to me, Tim!
Tim (laughing and pointing at me): Ohhh! That's what she said!!
Me:
Greg: Dammit! I just lost "The Game" and got rickroll'd at the same time! (only true nerds will get those references. lol)
Allie: At the same time? That's really sad! ... hey! Wait! Now I lost The Game!!
Greg: Hey, Alex (I'm "Alex" at work). Go read that poster over there...
Me: *reads it* What? (it says something involving the words "the game")
Greg: *tries not to laugh*
Me: What are you... Omg!
Greg: Haha!! You just lost "The game"!!
Me: You jerk!
Here, this link will explain everything - http://www.losethegame.com/

LOL, The Game! Aww, I love "Game" references....the freshmen in my youth group are obsessed with it. One person will announce that they lost the game and ten other people will yell at him. Funny stuff, Sassy. _________________

At my acting class yesterday -
Tom (my acting teacher): Hey, does anyone have a calendar? (someone hands him a day planner). Thanks. *flips through it* Oh! ... Oh god! You're doing what with who on Wednesday?! Oh my god, Yesenia! ... Nah, I'm kidding.
Tom (after watching a scene performed in class): Ya know, it's funny, cuz I was just in this situation recently.
Class: *momentary "WTF" silence, then erupts into laughter and "what the hells"*
Tom: No! No! Not Pedro's character!! God, you guys!
The scene was about a guy (Pedro's character) who got 3 random women pregnant in the span of 9 days, and his friend was trying to tell him how to deal with it. I guess, Tom had meant he had helped his friend through a tough situation similar to this, but of course we were like whenhe said that. |

Rofl, Sassy. I love teachers like that.
(Me and Elyse were talking about a book)
Elyse: The world of that book is like, evil and demonic.
Me: Your FACE is evil and demonic! AHAHAHA!
My brother: This is a pleasant conversation.
Me: YOU'RE a pleasant conversation! OHHHH!
Elyse: My feet are freezing.
Our friend Anthony: You're wearing Converse. That basically means you're going to freeze your balls off.
Elyse: I don't HAVE any of those!
Me: Especially not on your feet!
Katey: Anthony, what's gay?
Anthony: ....Your mom.
And on a random note about platypuses:
My friend: Platypuses are awesome! It's like a duck and a beaver had a baby!
...Yeah. We went on a field trip the other day which makes for sitting at a picnic table for two hours having really weird conversations. _________________

Reviving this thread from the dead!
Me: Too bad "philandering" isn't more positive of a term. It's such an amazing word! I mean, when you first hear it, who wouldn't want to "philander"? It just sounds so fun and comical.
Me (to a few friends on my site): I've been lying to you all about my age. I'm sorry. I'm just a 12 year old with an active imagination and parents who don't care. *sigh*
Note - They didn't believe me. xD
While we were watching Repo! The Genetic Opera (a rock musical set in the future. Watch it, people) LOL I love my friend Megs. Btw, the song was not meant to be dirty at all, but she made it so -
Megs: Erected ......... teehee .......... HE SAID ERECTED! *5 seconds later* BONES! He said bones!
Again about Repo -
Me: Do you know how many people have been convinced to watch this movie by saying "Paris Hilton's face falls off in it?"
About our spam thread on DDS (my Disney site)
Me: omg, David Tennant! He's like an angel bringing our spam innocence dust and sprinkling it about.
Me (joking): Having morals sucks. Think how much money we could be making as strippers!
Samara: A thousand dollars a night!
My Friend: HEY EVERYONE I HAS CHOCOLATE FROSTY
Sassy: I read that "chocolate factory" .. I would be impressed if she had somehow obtained a chocolate factory in a couple of hours.
Friend: Sassy. I have a new life's mission. BRB.
I would quote something from when my friend and I watched "Audition" together, but... that was mostly cursing and shocked faces during the last half an hour. She's pretty much forbidden me from mentioning the movie around her. LOL Japanese horror films = messed up sh*t! _________________

HEY, the quotes thread is revived! *jumps up and down* LOL, Allie....I love the last one you said. ....And I read it as chocolate factory at first too. XD
Hmm, do I have anything to contribute to the revival of the quotes thread....
Elyse and I were watching the move The Talented Mr. Ripley last night. I always talk to the TV....and this time it talked back.
Dude in movie: (listing good things about Tom) Tom has nightmares.
Me: That's a GOOD thing?
Dude in movie: That's not a good thing.
(Also I reenacted the above scene for Elyse because she didn't know what I was talking about at first, and apparently I do a scarily good imitation of Jack Davenport's voice. That scares me. )
(My friends Ariel, Jared, Ashley and me)
Jared: (crushes Ariel's plastic bag)
Ariel: You dream-wrecker?
Ashley: Is that like home wrecker?
Ariel: ....What's a home wrecker?
(We explain the definition of home wrecker)
Ariel: Ohhhh.....(hits Jared) You home wrecker! _________________

My mom and I were discussing the Lost finale.
Mom: Sawyer did not work with Juliet, that's for sure.
Me: What?! You don't want Sawyer with Juliet?!
Mom: No!
Me: Who do you want him with, then??
Mom: I don't want him with Juliet, I want him with me! ....Whoops. Did I say that out loud.
Me: Yes, Mom. Yes you did.
Mom: Huh. Good thing Dad's not paying attention. _________________

Moms are funny in that way, aren't they? I still haven't quite gotten over my 71-year-old mother calling Naveen Andrews "The pretty boy" while watching Sundown when my TV was out (the only episode besides the 2-part Pilot that my folks have seen.) Given her age, it was quite charming and highly amusing!
At least our moms have good taste! _________________ I saw a werewolf drinking a pina colada at Trader Vic's. His hair was perfect.

Tehe. My mom's, like, uh....46, I think? So not too much older than Josh Holloway. She looks younger than she is so I always forget her age. But she's getting to the point where she thinks gray hair is sexy, which I find really odd.... _________________

Eryn, I wasn't remotely turned off by [spoiler:afb7e294b6]Richard getting grey hair[/spoiler:afb7e294b6] so I guess your mum's not the only one
Here's something from Saturday...
Matt: Yeah, but she's good at small talk, I'm more direct.
Me: She's only good at small talk in a loud voice. _________________
