*kinda hopes ur prayer come true *

NEVER liked Sana cos I hated, still hate, Ana. and i dont really care for Jacket, cos i hate Juliet (love her character, but she's so evil! and I dont like what she did to Claire - my absolutel fave lostie )

omg, wen you said if kate died you'd ship ConMama i was like, weirdness, cos ive said since season one that the only way I'd ship anything (Claire-wise) other than PBJ is if Charlie, in some out there universe , would die. and if he did, the only person i want Claire with is Sawyer. and low and behold he did! so now Im thinking, hang on...maybe ConMama will come true? *will hold onto hope until the end of the show* I'd love there to be a flash forward with Claire and Sawyer, even if they arent together, but just as friends. Sawyer playing football with Aaron maybe...

I adore Sawyer too, but I have this same thoguht. I mean, I just know that the writer's will kill him off last episode in some heroic Charlie-like sacrificial fashion. Hmm...that was a few adjective there. I would cry if Sawyer died, but all I can say, is it better be a good and memorable death that means something.

Ok, I'm not ranting anymore. How about being annoyed that my cousins who are 8 years and on older than me and on, were smoking pot when we all went on a family camping trip. Kids were sleeping in tents all around! It was like 1am and them and my younger cousin were hanging out with them (before that). Me and my younger cousin fled to our tent (lol), cuz we weren't gonna get caught with them. But gosh, they could have got us thrown out!

I laugh like hell at Jacket, as Jack is totally getting played and is too damn dumb/stubborn to realize it.

But anyway!

I can't imagine they won't give him a memorable death (coolest death in recent memory was Danny Hunter in MI-5/Spooks, btw, link here though it is very tough to watch and comes with a MATURE CONTENT warning, so click at your own risk, kids), considering how much they love to write his character.

Re. pot - I had a roommate in college that actually asked me, "Do you mind if I keep the pot on the dresser?"

Our university of course had a 'guilt by association' policy - if your roommate's caught and it's somewhere you should notice, you get busted too. I was like, "Um, yes, I mind."

I really didn't care whatever she toked, and like I've said before, marijuana being illegal is retarded, but I didn't want to get arrested. She bitched at me about how much of a straight arrow I was. I was like, "Uh, considering how laid-back I am about that sort of thing, you're actually lucky to have me as a roommate. I'm saving you and myself from getting kicked out, but beyond that, I don't care."

hehe Poor Jacket. I kinda like it, but Jack is totally getting played, I feel bad...Suliet on the other hand could be interesting. Juliet is more serious and can balance out Sawyer's humor, yet they both have that same sarcastic wit. I dunno how a romance would go tho...

As to my cousins and your friend. Ugh. Some people. I mean, they can do what they want, but one whole side of the family was there practically. It was a week long trip recently, and there were tons of kids. In fact, they both had kids. We both just left to the tents and sat awake, freaking out when we heard a truck pull up and people talking. Cuz everyone else was asleep aside from us and them. We're all 'okay, we're dead. We're totally getting kicked out early.' The next morning, they didn't remember a car pulling up or talking. Whatever. At least we didn't get in trouble.

Why? It's not like he didn't create his own problem by continuing to back her over the objections of people that actually can use their brains (hi, Sayid, Sawyer, Desmond, Sun (until she got tricked), Jin, hell, even Hurley). He made his own bed, so I don't know if sympathy is warranted there. He should have listened and let cooler heads prevail, but he's too proud and stubborn for that, so I don't feel bad at all, and when it comes out (my opinion) that Juliet's a bad guy even now, and that she totally played him, I think it'll be just desserts for the way he's acted. He's already chosen sides.

(Disclaimer: Just my opinion, gang. Not gospel truth, not saying it's the only opinion anyone can have, ever. Thanks! )

Yes, that's true. I agree wholeheartedly that it's his own fault, but seriously after what happened with Kate, and Sarah, and every other frikkin woman in his life...well, there's only so many times his heart can be broken, so it's a little sad that he's being so gullible with women. You'd think he'd learn by now. But yeah, I get what you're saying.

I don't know if it's gullible with women so much as it is just coming to snap decisions and refusing to change his mind on them. He seems to be good at that, haha. But enough about 'Lost'...

Rant thread: Why is there nothing better on TV right now than 'To Catch a Predator'? And why aren't cable channels a la carte for some like they used to be? What the hell am I going to do with the golf channel, or the 15 country music stations (not an exaggeration) that I get? Why do I pay $$$ for them just so I can have BBC America, the Independent Film Channel, and National Geographic Channel?

I don't know. You knwo what's on my TV? Cosby. Before that, was The Fresh Prince of Bel Air. My little sis puts it on every single night!. To Catch a Predator may possibly be better that this.

"In West Philadelphia, born and raised / On the playground is where I spent most of my days / Chilling, relaxing, being real (?) cool, and just shootin' some b-ball outside of the school / When a couple of guys - they were up to no good / Started making trouble in my neighborhood / I got in one little fight and my mom got scared / Said, "You're moving to your auntie's and uncle's in Bel Air."

I did that from memory. ARGH!

'To Catch a Predator' is at least entertaining, even if it's sick and sad. It just amazes me how said pedos can be so damn dumb every single time. Obviously, they're sick and broken, but you really can't be the sharpest knife in the drawer if someone types 'lolz I am 14 plz come over & bring booze and condoms' and you DO IT.

Close. Very close.

"Chillin' out maxin' relaxin' all cool
And all shootin some b-ball outside of the school
When a couple o' guys, who were up to no good
Started makin' trouble in my neighborhood."

How sad is that? *hangs head in shame* I think I probably know that entire song...and the extra verses that they only play on like two episodes. I dunno why she continues to watch these over and over and over after we've seen them ALL numerous times.

About the predators...uh, duh! Yeah, they can be pretty stupid it seems. Apparently not all of them, either that, or the kids are more stupid, because it happens all the time.

Oh no, these aren't kids - that would be too horrifying to watch.

This is a sting by MSNBC set up to bust the guys; they get some sting firm to act like they're 14-year-old kids both online and in person and lure in the dudes before busting them. These guys always fall for it, over and over. It's amazing.

Having run a chapter of Amnesty International and having seen what guilty verdicts without due process can cause, I generally lean to the side of the defense and like to give people accused of crimes the benefit of the doubt, but man, if you're that sick and stupid, you deserve to get busted ASAP.

I need to find something that makes me less angry to watch. Only infomercials and preachers, though.

-----

And man, so close!

Oh, I knew that they weren't kids. I agree, that woudl be horrible. I just meant other times. Ya know, when people find out too late. I've watched 'To Catch a Predator' but not often.

Infomercials or preachers...hmm...That's all that's on? Man, me too practically! What do we have all these channels for, if nothin is ever on!?

o/~ 57 channels and nothing to watch. o/~

Ironically, stuff I like to watch is always on when I'm at class. I need TiVo badly. I asked for DVR for my birthday (back in May!) - hopefully my parents will sign me up for it with Comcast before Lost comes on again, heh.

Yeah, I know. I wish I had Tivo too. Not that I don't watch enough tv, but I'd like to not have to worry about what time shows are on all the time. I missed a bunch of both Heroes and 24 this year, cuz I was trying to watch them both. I ended up watch most of 24 and catch up on Heroes later with reruns and online, and the watching the finale for Heroes and missing it for 24. They were both on Mondays around the same time you see. Or maybe I jsut watch too much television. jk
