Alternate Name: Kate
Vidder Rank: Expert Vidder
Other Fandoms: The Fall, The Prisoner, Sherlock, and potentially Nowhere Man and Due South
Bio: 31; eternal student. I watch Lost for the parallels to The Prisoner and nods to folks like Flann O'Brien (At Swim-Two-Birds is great stuff), although I can recognize when the show is lacking. Favorites include Sawyer (when written properly), Sayid, the craziness that is John Locke's ending situation, Desmond, Ben, Richard who is growing on me, and any of the other Others not named Juliet-in-shippy-mood. (I liked her better when she was creepy and suspect.) My videos tend to reflect my preferences! I am a strict critic, and though my vids are getting better, I freely admit that my own vidding skills are not up to my own level of critique, so take it as you will.

Me Myself I - Sawyer
by thefilmchick 06-24-2006Lost: Sawyer-centric in all possible ways. The guy very likely believes in nothing but himself.Lord Byron s Luggage
by thefilmchick 06-17-2006Lost: Yet another Zevon song. This one is Desmond. Like Prison Grove for Sayid and Poor Poor Pitiful Me for Sawyer: The lyrics and bagpipe-like sounds are spookily accurate.Lost and Confused
by thefilmchick 06-13-2006Lost: Parody: If Richard Linklater directed Lost. Monologues by Kate and Locke. Heavy on both comedy and the so-wrong factor. Strong language and multiple drug references.Happytown
by thefilmchick 06-04-2006Lost: Are they missioners of faith or grace or vision or are they grinning prisoners in Happytown?Bad Penny
by thefilmchick 05-27-2006Lost: Billy Bragg singing. Sawyer and Kate in the video but it is not exactly shipper. Will the Wolf Survive?
by thefilmchick 05-27-2006Lost: The mid-eighties Los Lobos song and a Sayid video. Believe it or not, Tejano rock music and an Iraqi soldier actually play off each other reasonably well.Ships
by thefilmchick 07-25-2007Lost: Sawyer's POV on Jack and Kate - 'Where were you when my ship burned down?'
