For the last two years, someone on ff.net has organised a "Secret Santa" where each of the participants submits a request for three fics they would like to see (and specifies anything they absolutely will not write themselves, eg. smut) and then she assigns everyone someone to write for.

I was thinking it might be fun to have something like that over here. For example: Say Nikki wants a Kuliet vid and Kat wants a Jate AU. Nikki would make the Jate vid for Kat and Kat would make the Kuliet vid for Nikki and then they would both submit them to the site before a certain date (eg, December 25th) with something in the description like 'Secret Santa vid for...'. Of course normal voting and everything etc would still apply.

In the mean time, feel free to post your list of three requests (which can be as general or as specific as you like, including song choice) and anything (characters, ships, styles -- eg. AU) you absolutely will not or can not do.

Oh my goodness...it seems that great minds really do think alike.

More than a few weeks ago, I was talking to Becca in spam about this very topic...I thought that it would be a great idea for a secret "santa". I had talked to Ais about organizing one...and was really excited about getting it off the ground, but then I got sidetracked when my dad went back into the hospital. Hes still a little here and there, but I never fully got everything prepared...so Im so happy that you have snatched up that gauntlet and Im more that excited to throw my hat into the proverbal ring and have a ball making this the best secret "santa" ever!

Thanks a bunch for getting the ball rolling!
