I wouldn't say it was stolen...people sometimes have similar ideas and its not intentional.... I've seen it happen many times where vidders do the same thing . I did watch your video back when it was posted and thought it was extremely well edited. I left you a comment I think.

Dude... that was kinda mean. Both vids are ace - I don't think anyone stole anything. I think we can all safely say we've been inspired by other people's vids but it doesn't mean they're stolen.

If you look at the part with Kate in the bank vault, he uses my edited footage, without the ABC logo stamp. Also, you can notice that the aspect ratio changes.

Certain songs just go hand in hand with Lost and I would expect to see many of them, like Welcome to the Jungle. When I first made mine, I was gonna do a Welcome to the Jungle, but there were already five or six of them, so I didn't bother. But its like the same video even the Locke with the Orange, that is basically what gets me. I did laugh though at the football spike. haha.
