Thanks guys, that's interesting to know! I think I might have a go at writing for my OC then, and I'm ready to vid, and to fill out one of these at last! xD

Main Relationship/Love Interest: He is Peter and Nathan's younger brother, Arthur's son.
Power: Collective Consciousness
Summary (basic information and main conflict of character?): Arthur had another son from an affair that Peter and Nathan never knew about. It's only after Nathan dies that Angela confesses they had a younger brother, Alex, who lives with his drunken mother (played by Kelly Rowan) and realises he has the ability to gain other people's memories and consciousness just by touching them. After she dies in a car accident, Alex is sent to a terrible foster home and found my Peter who decides to take him in and teach him all he knows.

I'm still not 100% sure about the name and some of the past events, but I'm excited I've got this far!! Can't wait to vid for him.

So excited to see how this thread is taking off! I made artwork for my OCs now (see signature )

For me, I definitely wrote first, then vidded. I wasn't really thinking about vidding when I cast my OCs, just who I thought fit my image of them best. I lucked out a lot with Maggie Grace footage for Aurora...Greg Vaughn footage can be trickier to work with because he has very few outdoor scenes and one beach scene, so I just have to manip or just decide to use closeups and ignore the walls behind him lol.

And thanks so much to everyone saying they like Matt and Aurora <3

I've sort of had a Bones OC in my head for forever but I'm not sure if Bones has any sort of fandom I know that when I vid/write it's more for m own enjoyment but it is still nice to get some feedback, especially with something like an OC when there's so much effort in them.

So the point of the above ramble - does anyone watch Bones/has come across an Bones OCs?

On her eighteenth birthday, Stacey was allowed to find out who her true family were. She made contact with Zoey, and her life changed forever.

I made my Bones OC

Name: Allie Holland
Actor/Actress: Leighton Meester

Main Relationship/Love Interest: Booth's illegitimate daughter
Summary (basic information and main conflict of character?): Allie is a trainee forensic scientist and moves to Washington for two reasons - an apprenticeship with Doctor Brennan whom she worships and a lead on her dad says he lives there.

I think I already like her more than Evie. I entered the OC Challenge at LJ with 25 prompts so I think I'll write an introduction chapter then start some of those.

I'm finally ready to post my Lost OC. I already started writing for her and it came so easily. You guys are right, it is easier to write for them first! xD Anyway, she used to be one of my Original Characters for a Lost RPG, but I developed her character a lot. This might be a bit strange, but it's just where her story went..

Name: Camilla Price
Nickname: Cam
Actress: Mischa Barton
Fandom: Lost
Main relationships/romantic interest: Goodwin (told you it was strange, lol), close friends with Alex Linus, her guardian is Ben Linus.
History: Camilla's father worked for the Dharma Initiative when she was a little girl, but he died during "The Purge" along with the rest of the Initiative. Camilla, who was lead to believe there had been a tragic accident, was saved and made to join "The Others" where she was taken care of by Ben and spent her time looking after the pregnant women on the island and doing odd jobs. When she was seventeen she met Goodwin who, unlike anyone else, offered her attention and seemed to understand the real her. A year later, they began a secret affair, hiding their relationship from the rest of the community who are already having their suspicions..

There's loads more to her history, but I tried to write it briefly here. When I first made her up, I never thought of Goodwin being her love interest , but like I said it's just where her story went...
