Summary: Chloe is a 20-year-old American college student studying abroad in London. Her mother died when she was a baby, and her father is sick with cancer, so her 32-year-old brother, Brian, helped a lot in raising her. Now Chloe, while still close to him, feels suffocated by Brian. Because of this, when her life is saved by the Doctor she decides to travel with him.

another new OC... been on a bit of an OC roll as of late ^_^

So it’s going to be someone else, not sure who Kate married. (I hope that’s okay). Now he’s out, and he’s not really sure what he wants. The death haunts him but also accepts that Wayne was a monster.
