I think a 10-12 age difference is fine, especially in OC fics. My Diana is supposed to be the same age as MiB, but in some of the footage I use she looks like 15 years younger. LOL The footage my banner comes from is the closest I have to them being the same age, cuz it's not from Charmed. xD So no worries. I don't think it's ooky at all though, Julia, if she were like 20 and he were like 50-60, that might be a bit ick, but 20's-30's is not that big of a deal to me.

My uncle is like 12 years older than my aunt. Something like that. It might be more than that. So yeah, I don't think it matters.

However, I should have made Michayla 18. *tears hair out* Because she accidentally fell in love with Boone and they can't be together because she's only 16!!

This was not supposed to happen when I first started writing that fic.

Yeah, it's for my OC. I've got it pretty well planned out, but then at the dentist today my muse started throwing out all these other ideas.

Initially her secondary love interest was going to be Boone, so I wanted her to be a good age for him, but then all the actors I'm thinking for her primary love interest (who will also be an OC) are a lot older. Then today my brain was like, hmmm... Boone? Jack maybe? And then it starts throwing completely different ideas at me, totally different from the background/storyline I had planned out. So now I'm like... WTH?!

LOL! Hopefully I'll get it all sorted out soon. I'm really excited to start on it. If I can just settle on what "it" will be!

ETA: Awww, Eryn! Hahaha... maybe you could have her find her birth certificate and discover she's really 18 afterall.

lol But don't you love that?? It means that it's 'real' if it's taking on a life of it's own without your permission. It's definitely a good sign, it just sometimes takes some sorting out but I went through that with Diana ALOT. Some of my original ideas definitely changed and went in totally different directions than I thought they would. hehe It's fun. Good luck!

Thanks, Allie! It is definitely fun! It's just always hard to decide which direction to keep and which to ditch. But then I realized I can make another OC at some point to use some of the really different ideas I had to ditch with this OC.

Thank goodness for OCs and fan-fic. I have way waaaay too much fun writing.

This one is for Becca (ciaimpala). I'm watching a movie called "Experiment" with Adrien Brody, and Maggie Grace is in it. There might be some good OC scenes for you. She talks with him at a bar/has a beer, she talks with him while they lie in bed, she's outside in a crowd of people... that's all there's been so far, but I'm sure there will be more. I'm less than 20 minutes into it.

No problem. Ok, that movie is really upsetting. lol But she's in it again at the end and in a few dreamy sequences, so you've got at least 4-5 new scenes with her in them that could come in handy.
