I've been looking for a tutorial on how to do this but so far I haven't found one. I also tried to figure out on my own but again can't

It's that whole moving/flashing clip use. I love that effect and have been wanting to use it for some videos of mine but never could figure it out so I never got to. So, if anyone knows, I would greatly appreciate it if you could tell me. _________________ *~Summer~*

Hey Summer... Not entirely sure about the flashing but the moving part-- did you try to do a keyframe type thing with pan/crop? That would be the only thing to pop into my mind as a way to do that... _________________
