Like in the beginning of this vid. How they change the coloring/effects from contrast to flat back to contrast than to black and white?

Do you mean the texture they're using? That's what's changing the contrast

You'd have to ask the vidder where they got that texture. I've seen others that have used it, but I don't know off hand the sites that have textures like that.

It's not the texture I need. It's just how they...change it like that, do they use transitions?

I want to be better with effects but it's where I struggle.
