Wow, lot of hostility. I dont know what I think about it, I was just saying it seems to be existing. Although I read it was supposed to be a "love-square" between Jack, Kate, Sawyer and Ana. Eh, oh well. And yeah I totally did hear the brokeback music during the shower scene.
My friend and I cringed when he said "I want him out of MY HATCH"...yeah so next week, if he gets trapped in there, that should be a fantasy for Locke. _________________

Wow, nice point Rocksiren... (About Locke)
Overall I loved the show. The Sun/Jin story made me wanna cry. The whole pregnacy thing being "a miracle" was heart warming.
Not much happened in this episode, but then there shouldn't be.... we've already found out a lot of information on the island now. (although, we still want more)
I love how interesting the Jack/Locke relationship is becoming. And the addition of Gale makes it soo funny, in my opinion. (I think he is a funny guy.. )
Anyways I can't wait to find out what happens next... |

Okay I think Jun is cute, BUT I have serious trust issues with men.
It seems like he loses his temper, verbally *and grabbed her violently a few times* abuses her and then comes later and says "Im sorry". Im getting really sick of it. _________________

Yeah, I didn't really like that scene, but I figured that Jin was acting like a jerk to her because he was still very concerned about her being out there and he didn't want her to be attacked again, or worse. He still cares very much about her, but he wouldn't show that. If you get what I mean.
I'm liking the little hint of Korean mustache and goatee on Jin. It's hot. _________________

I understand Paul, I feel that way about Locke.
But Jin does that to her like every episode. You know, its like why cant he stop BEFORE he flies off the handle? I mean Michael, the herbs. speaking English, the bathing suit, slapping her hand, in the fertility office...its too much. Its like a wife beater - "Im so sorry Ill never do it again". _________________

Don't be too hard on him, (though I can agree that he does have problems), Jin is/was a really nice person. However, just for being allowed to love Sun, he was forced to work for her father. It is his job/Sun's father that has driven him to become so violent and uncontrollable. Obviously, his job was downright cruel-- however, according to himself, this was the only way to be with her. Therefore, he has led himself to be consumed by his work, consumed by darkness.
In my eyes, I see "2 Jin's". The first is the good guy Jin that just loves Sun so desperately. (Before he worked for Sun's father)
The second is the "warped" side of Jin that he has become due to the work he has done for her father. All of his violent acts are reflections of his past.
Although he realizes his problems, it becomes hard for him to control his actions. He has been driven to his own conclusion that he has to do whatever it takes to support Sun, even if it means he has to be violent and full of anger. Because he feels that side of him is stronger.
However, we do see him trying to control himself. Whenever, he remembers that he really loves her passionately, he is much more like the first Jin that we remember. He does apoligize to her, and the reason why Sun actually accepts them is because she understands what he has gone through and that she loves him passionately as well! |

Well luckily, I wasn't expecting ANYTHING from this episode, so the little bits with Gale made it worthwile. But other than that, the only thing this episode did was give us one more unwanted, and uninteresting (to me) mystery. Is Sun lying about not sleeping with the other guy? do they expect us to believe it was a miraculous conception? or... gasp. was it MIDI-CHORIANS!!!
But as for Jin, ...who do you think has the shortest temper. Jin, Mike or Jack? _________________

The Sun/Jin storyline feels like bollocks to me as well. As "cute" and "squishable" as they might be, it really just doesn't add up. |

Hey just going over clips for a new vid, and I realized when Charlie said "the last time you had a gun you murdered someone" to Ana Lucia, which was totally unfair...ESPECIALLY since thats exactly what he did!!!!! _________________

Yeah but Charlie murdered an other who to be fair did kill him first, Ana murdered one of them (Shannon) so there is a bit of a diffrence. I have to say I love snarky evil badass Charlie. What interests me more is why he didn't dispute being able to use a gun, because as we all know he can. |
