Yes I have preordered it...for no other reason than the gorgeous theme (you could hear it when Locke, Charlie and Kate went into the caves for the first time). I dont think Ill EVER be able to listen to Booneral.

Hey anyone who has listened to this thoroughly:
Did they include that like "jungle" theme? It plays when Charlie Kate and Jack go after the cockpit in the pilot, and also when jack shows jate, charlie and locke the caves for the first time..it has that gorgeous swell...anyone?

I remember the music of when Charlie, Kate and Jack are running away from the cockpit and the monster in the first pilot. But unfortunately the don't have the music for the first time they got into the caves. I know, I was disappointed as well. I can think of a number of pieces of music that are so awesome that should have been in the Lost soundtrack... like in Deux Ex Machina when the creepy theme takes over (Locke and Boone exchanging looks and seeing the beachcraft, things like that). But other than complaining, most of the soundtrack is pretty good. It brought back striking memories of season 1 ( ). Locke'd Out Again- great. Just great. It's the piece of music at the end of Deux Ex Machina when Locke is cheated by his dad and it transitions to him crying over the hatch. Possibly the most inspirational piece of music on Lost, period.
Michael Giacchino is pure genious.

Yeah but some of the tracks are really repetetive, and I wouldve settled for one less of those for the cave theme.

Hey I was pleased they put Boone in! I thought for sure they wouldve given him "one of the dvd's" considering that was his only chance.
