I got my friend into the show and he's dying to watch the 5th season. For some reason most episodes arn't on ABC.com.

this is a good site to use. It provides alternate links if the main link is broken plus it has every single episode of Lost!

Wow, thanks! It seems legit and my friend has firefox which is needed to watch some of them.
