Lost Video Island

Great episode! I loved how Dan seems to know more than anyone else what is going on on the island!

Dude, that baby at the beginning....I have a theory as to who it might be. Does anyone else think it maybe could be Miles? I mean, Miles seems to have some sort of connection with the island - he knows more than he's telling, like in the S4 finale:
"Seems a little strange that you want to leave, with all the time you spent trying to get back here."
"What do you mean, get back here?"
"Hmm.....what do I mean?"

Just a thought.

I thought he looked Asian too, so I immediately started thinking of all the Asian guys we know of on the show. Turns out, there aren't many.

I think the baby is just Dr. Candle's baby and nothing more. If you guys ever saw the clip from Comic Con, it's basically Marvin warning the future about what happened to the Dharma Initiative. But in it there's a baby crying and the doctor yells as his wife to get the baby somewhere safe. I think the baby is just an example of the lives that D.I. were leading. You see Marvin Candle in those orientation vids, but you never expect him to have a wife and baby.

Yeah I'm with Yael. I think the baby was also to show that babies were still being born on the island at that time. Charlotte AND Miles born on the island would be too much.

I didn't get a real good look at the baby... I didn't think it looked Asian...

My first thought was that it was Charlotte. But if it was Asian maybe it was Miles.
