Anyone know what workout plan Brad Pitt used for Fight Club? Also, how long until you can see noticeable results when going to a gym 4 days a week. Just to say im not overweight, probably a lil under. 5'9 and weigh 10.4 stone. I have a fast metabolism - im always hungry!
