I love all of Charlie's lines in Further Instructions, especially since Locke couldn't reply.

"Are you mute, John? Ah, well, I'm sorry about that. Where are Eko and Desmond? Are they off being mute and building structures as well?"

During that whole scene I just kept waiting for Locke to write "SHUT UP" on his little notepad and show it to Charlie.

Ok, well I'm new to Lost but my faves at the moment are by Sawyer. One scene in Season 3 "The Glass Ballerina" made my laugh so much my mum came into the room to see what I was doing.

It's when Kate and him are starting work:

Kate: You expect me to work in this dress?
Pickett: It's up to you, you can take it off if you want.
*Kate & Sawyer look at eachother*
*Sawyer smiles at Kate and checks her out*
*Kate glares*
Sawyer: How dare you.

I have a couple favorite funny lines from Sawyer, although highly racist, I thought it was hysterical when Sawyer told Hurley he could open up a mini-mart and then asked if he thought Sayid needed a job. Typical Sawyer on that one, and I laughed my ass off!!

I also liked the line he said to Jack when Jack said Sayid couldn't come with them to get Walt. It was something like," Although I think Pippy Longstocking and the damn grape ape are ideal candidates for the dirty dozen, I'm just gonna say we should bring the red beret... I know it isn't verbatim, but you get what I'm saying...

Another funny one I thought was when Hurley gave his whole speech about the numbers to Jack, and all Jack responded with was,"You were in a mental hospital." I love the subtle Jack humor they through in there.

More serious moments would be Kate and Jack's whole dialogue in I do and Not in Portland; the DesPenny conversation in The Constant; Jack and Locke - A hero can't lead until he knows where he's going; cause tmorrow night when they show up, we're going to blow em all to hell!; Ben- At least someone around here knows what the hell they're doing, about Kate, and of course the kicker WE HAVE TO GO BACK!!! I have more, but can't think of them right now...

oh man there's loadz of fave quotes of mine on LOST! hehe my faves have to be:
Sawyer (about Charlie and Hurley)- well if it aint three men and a baby. I counted Hugo twice.
I LOVED the moment in Season 3 bloopers where Matt and Josh just look at each other and then burst out laughing.
Also I love this quote:
Charlie: Kate sees a horse in the jungle. Nothing. Pretty much everyone's seen Walt wandering around a jungle, but when its Charlie it must be the bloody drugs right?
