Wow, Paul.
This was such great work! 
An amazing tribute to one of the best characters of "Lost" with such a frightening accurate song just for Desmond. I love how you managed to tell about his whole future-predicting-superpower (and how no one believes him - "vacant stares") as well as how his past with Penny (and Liam, supposedly  ) haunts him. Fantastic editing too! A great vid to help us sympathize with the guy.

Penny and Liam???? Crackship!!!! 
Amazing video Paul, loved the effects as usual (flying carpet Desmond!!). This is my favorite storyline of Lost ever and having a vid made by you about it is just icing on the cake. Great job and great video again!

meandi I love Desmond videos aswell. I guess it's because he is still something of a noob. It's exciting to be learning new stuff about his character Thanks for the comments!

It took me about a month off an on. I'm a terribly slow vidder these days though. I fuss over a lot of things and I also find it hard to vid for long periods of time so I just do a couple of hours every day or so. Thanks for comments!

Yep it's that noone believes him and sees him as weird I guess. I mean that's all he gets from people WTF? lol The poor guy *hugs Desmond*
The idea with Liam was that somehow Des had changed the past and written himself out of the photo but by the end time had reversed and the original photo returned. It's okay if you guys didn't catch that cause it wasn't very clear

Cinthia Glad you like the effects. They were just a tad indulgent so it's okay if people think they were a bit amateurish but you didn't so that's perfectly fine too I'm really enjoying this storyline too let's hope Des can save your man Charlie. Thank-you!

Its funny, i was looking back at some old old vids and noticed that the vids nowadays comming in just kept getting better and better. It must be either you guys have set the bar for the type of quality vids should be comming in, or you guys just improved tremendously as vidders, or both!
Anyway Paul ive watched it like 23 times and still love it!!! |

I love that opening with the half-naked Des on the flying carpet! Seriously, that was just amazing animation that fit the song and vid so well!  (The "half-naked Des" thing didn't hurt either... )
Man, I barely know where to begin! I loved all the little bits where the "usual" pics were changed! The one on Penny's nightstand where she's turning on the light made me go "Hey, wait a minute!" and have to go back and watch it again!  And I loved how "Make your own kind of music" was scrolling on the jukebox! And I believe there was a new inscription on Mr. Eko's staff, now wasn't there? *squee!* So cool!
And this isn't even to mention the PWNatious (word of the day, lol ) beat use! *wild applause* Yet another fabulous vid from the House of Polarbear! |

I'm glad you liked the nightstand pic. That wasn't so easy to get the picture fading in from black in relative time with the lamp turning on
As for the easter egg that noone has caught. I just realised you can't actually see it properly on YT :/ Try watching/downloading the putfile link hopefully it will be better.
