I really don't know, I was wondering about that too...I think it's not just a coincidence that Ben said to Michael and Walt "Oh re vuar" (sorry, I don't know how it writing right on french  ) in the 2 season finale. French Danielle, and now a French frase from a guy who could be a Alex father...
Ben told Jack that he had been on this Island all his life, so may be Danielle too (may be she was his wife, but for some weird Dharma's reasons they put her in a brainwashing room 16 years ago  ..and so, she loose her memory, but remembered only about Alex and that she killed the whole imagination crew..I don't know really, but it's really strange that Danielle even don't remember Ben's face (she captured him in Sayid's episode last season if I remembered right)..Her brainwashing must have been really long and big if she can't remember her boyfriend (I mean Ben) face than

hehe I called him eyeliner man, but first...he was "GayMan". It sounds like a strange superhero name...but he just looked kinda gay...not in an offensive way, I think it was just the makeup or something. xD
