The filming took about ahh, 5 to 10 minutes (including preparing and visualizing), getting the tape on the computer took a bit longer than that (stupid freezing up), and the editing took maybe up to 20 minutes....and all it took was a click to upload it.

Wow! That's awesome for the amount of time it took you! It looked like it had taken longer.

TBH, I doubt I would have the patience to ever do anything like that. You have to move it like a tiny bit and film like a second of it each time don't you?

That's SO cool! I've always wanted to do something like that, just for the fun of it! Now you just need to do a longer one, set it to some music and voila! An animated film is born!

Eh, it didn't take much effort I think. Just a yellow worm coming out, slinking across and then disappearing again. I didn't think I'd be far too impressed with the result, nothing elaborate, just gave me something to do. Now I could put on a whole big elaborate show, like Aislynn suggested. That sounds like a lot of fun. But while I was filming the clay (yes I had to take bit by bit of clay and record and stop one second on the camera each), I was thinking that this was too much manual labor and there aren't as many out-there possibilities as with CGI computer animation. I do that too.

Here's just a model of what I've done latest in CGI:

So I'm thinking of putting on a show. What do you guys say? Claymation or computer CGI?

(by the way, that Trap Door show looks really cute )

The Scorpion looks absolutely fantastic!
Tho I gotta admit that I love the worm, too, because (as Paul already said) it reminds me of some TV shows that I used to watch when I was a kid.

Both are very well done! How long did you work on the Scorpion?

That's cool, DS. There's not enough claymation around anymore. I used to watch that trapdoor show Paul posted though...never realised those were probably made years before I saw 'em.

The scorpian thing won't play for me.

Woah, that Scorpion is really incredible!! You're really talented at this stuff.

Perhaps you could somehow mix the two? I don't know if that would look too good though.

I'd say claymation would look pretty awesome. You don't see much of that around. But you're skilled at both, so either would look good.

Scorpion won't work for me. I've tried like 3 times. But the worm was cool.
