I'm trying to upload my first video ever (w00t!) but it says my vid pic's 32,000(something)bytes and it should be at least 20,000bytes. How do I fix this?

As one or two know from the spam thread, I'm having real difficulty downloading season 2 at the moment. So I was wondering, how does everyone else download the episodes from? I need an alternative method right now.
