That's what happens in the comics! I just read it :S

[spoiler:2a067a79a2]Carol feeds herself to a Walker, but sophia is still alive and well. She basically tells Lori to raise her if anything should happen (This is right after Lori gave birth, too) and then feeds herself to the Walker. But comic!Carol is definitely more mentally deranged than tv!Carol so I'm hoping it doesn't go that way.[/spoiler:2a067a79a2]

Yeah, me too. Especially after that last episode. If I ever had any doubts on Carol as a character or the Carol/Daryl friendship they're completely gone. I'm sold on her, and that's yet another reason
