yeah she was so great and then that scene at the end when she told Jack "She couldn't find him" Jate is gonna get back together soon.

I loved that scene because her crying was so believable. Her crying, I felt for her. And Jack crying for Jun. Awww.

I love Hurley and Gorge, but Gorge's crying felt forced.

I was ready for Kate to bite it. But you all knew that anyway.

(RL/sheep farm is slightly chaotic at the moment, because otherwise I think the episode would have affected me more. Hence the jokes/lightheartedness from me. But then again, like I said, Sayid's death (if so) was all kinds of telegraphed, so I wasn't really that shaken by it in context.)

For 6 seasons, I've had 3 things that I've hoped with all of my might that would NOT happen to Sawyer:

3. He ends up being reset to s1 "unredeemed" Sawyer. (Not that I didn't love him even then but I didn't want to see him have no character growth in all these years, you know?)

2. He dies a pointless death. (A meaningful, heroic death would still bum me out, I should mention. But a pointless one would hurt my little fangirl heart. )

And the number one thing I've hoped against hope that wouldn't happen to him...

1. He does something right at the end that makes the rest of the fandom hate him and there's no chance of it being corrected or resolved. (I barely lived through the tree-frog-squishing incident, people! )

I should mention at this point that the ep doesn't even air here for another 45 minutes so I haven't seen what happened. But I'm a huge spoiler-hound so I've been reading the reactions and I have my massive DO NOT WANT expression on right now.

*sigh* Oh show, you just kill me sometimes, do you know that? I'm all bummed out and I haven't even seen the ep yet! I'm hoping that it'll feel differently when I see it so it'll at least make some sense to me. Right now, I'm just looking at my DO NOT WANT list being checked off like a laundry list or something and it's making me just want to hide behind the couch and not even watch the ep!

(Not that I'll actually hide behind the couch and not watch the ep, of course. But it certainly makes it sound a bit tempting! )

I am mad at him. LOL.

Seriously though, that is how he is.

I am glad that Jack is all awesome now. LOL. All about the island. The way he should have been. But hey, I got good clips from him off the island for vids, so I'm good.

I would have liked to have seen Sayid die. He deserved good screen time, he was redeeming himself after saying out loud 'I didn't kill Desmond'. I don't think he could kill Desmond, evne if Desmond is a huge link. He's his frirend.

But people deserved to cry over him. I am more mad that Sawyer is the reason he's dead because of how mean Sawyer is to Sayid.

But if him being who he is ends in Jin/Sun dying i don't know how i could not be mad. o.o

And Brooke YEAH! When they were all crying for Jin and Sun. Wow, that was so depressing. IThey really delivered that scene. You could feel that bond between all of them. Not important if they were friends or just partners in the end. So sad.

Remember the beach days?

Don't worry he's not dead. He just killed Sun and Jin. (And Sayid and Frank for that matter.)

Since we're reiterating points, Ais, I'll point out: Jack is just as culpable as Sawyer for what happened, in my book. Both acted stupidly. Jack, in letting Locke shove a damn bomb into his backpack and carry it aboard the sub without, you know, questioning things (especially when his game plan was I will question/distrust Locke) and Sawyer, for just going, 'Screw this' and pulling out the wires. So, at least to me, it's not as damning as it might be, because I think multiple characters share the blame for what happened, in roughly proportionate shares.

I cried with them.

I was watching with my mom and when Jack gets up to cry I was like "He's the best crying actor in the world!"

I was kind of shocked she wasn't like "You have to go to our daughter" but it was still a beautiful scene. At least they are alive in the other world...even though it's faky...they're alive there in their fake lives with their fake hobbies. Fake. LOL.

God MIB just made my chain letter list.

I do agree with you. And i can kinda understand Sawyer for doing the opposite of Jack because last time Jack asked Sawyer to trust him, the love of his life died. I also think that i can't blame him for leaving Claire behind.
I totally blame him for last ep when he left her behind in cold blood but this time he had a reason. Or so he thought. He didn't want MiB to get close to his friends. He was even shouting out for Claire this time..
Also he was doing his best to help Jin saving Sun.

I'm mad at him but i do not hate him. :/ So don't worry Ais, the fandom wont hate Sawyer. They'll just be mad at him for 1,2 days I guess.
But then most of the fandom never cared for Sun,Jin and Sayid so maybe he'll still be praised.

I am not a Sawyer fan. I have an off and on again 'like' for him.

I usually don't like him. SO for me it's easy to not like him, or what he did.

'If that makes sense.

I think it was bound to happen eventually, he judges everyone else for their 'actions' and reacting without thinking. Season 5, he's speech to Jack about how he leads, reading a book each night.

Eventually Sawyer was going to eat his words. I could just feel it.

Sure Jack brought on the bag, but he handled it a lot more better then Sawyer did. I don't care if you do it just because Jack siad 'don't', you don't pull wires out of a bomb. It's one wire you CUT. That's what mad me mad. He didn't try to look at the bomb, he had time too. They had 3 or so minutes to really look at it.

lmao
im pissed at his decisions but at the end of the day, it was flockes manipulation that killed them. tho sawyer pulling those wires didint help..

i just hope now hell listen to jack for the rest of the time.
still love him but i havent agreed with one thing hed done this season

and also its not fair to blame him so cut and dry because just a few days ago in LOST time, sawyer trusted jack about the bomb, and all he knows is that it ended up getting juliet killed. so i could see why sawyer couldnt trust jack again so easily.

I'm glad to hear that at least! I'm reallllly not looking forward to seeing this ep at this point, especially if it was all a bunch of "Let's have Sawyer act stupidly and kill off a bunch of beloved characters so everybody can hate him!"
