^am 100% Clip Theft Free...
My first vids were of "stolen clips" but I never EVER posted them on a website for public viewing, and it was before I really knew how serious the issue was. Yeah, I was one of those dorks who would protest, "but they stole the clips first, *whine, whine*", but I've know better now ^_^.
BTW, NONE of my Lost vids were created with lifted clips. They are 100% mine, baby!

i have a conffession to make. I have only just joined the site and although i havnt yet posted a video. I have started making one with other peoples clips as i didnt realise it was wrong, I will not use my video but i need to know where to get clips from. Im so sorry please dont have ago at me im only young.  |

Thanks for telling us and trying to get some clips from somewhere else, we really appreciate it.
All the clip sources we know of can be found here: http://lostvideo.net/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=3793 hopefully you'll fdind one that works for you. Sorry for the inconvenience, but using other people's clkips just never works out very nicely  |

so wait....Im confused..... what exactly IS clip theft....
I mean, all I've down is slideshows....but, I take pictures from lost-media.com....is that theft??
do you guys actually MAKE you're own clips?? cuz thats all I can think would be clip theft....
if you're both taking clips from the same sites, its just a matter of who made their video first right??
I've seen plenty of videos with some of the same shots.... because, with a show as new as this one, there's only so many shots you can use... how much has to actually be the same before its considered theft??
and, if its like spread out, is it still theft??
like, if I used two fo the same clips as someone else, but in different parts of the video...is it still theft??
Im not trying to be like rebellious...I jsut really don't understand where the line is.... cuz it just doesn't seem fair...like
oh, well, you both got clips from so-and-so.com, but she made hers first, so you clip-theft.... |
