I realized it was Charlie when the window smashed and water started pouring into the cell, it looked just like when Charlie died.

And also, I think Charlie was really there, like some kind of apparititon, but not just Hurley's imagination. Because another patient in the institution could see him. And yeah, he vanished, but he is dead. I think he was a ghost or something, and ghosts can vanish.

Man, that so called Oceanic guy was creepy! I don't think he was really from Oceanic... Maybe, like Paul said, he's one of the Others... I never thought about him being related to Miss Klugh, but he did look like her, didn't he?

Trey, are you sure Sayid went with Locke? I didn't see him going away with "Team Locke" and I don't really see why he would do so... except for Charlie maybe.

In general, I enjoyed this episode a lot more than I thought I would and I was kinda relieved to see Hurley suffer because of Charlie's death... does that make sense?

It was just nice to see that there was someone thinking and caring about him, you know. But yes, Hurley's definitely a poor fellow and I feel sorry for him

As for Claire though... WTF? That's an insult to every PB&J fan!!

The writers couldn't have give her less of reaction, huh? Meh!!!

Even though I'm not a Jack fan, I have to agree that he looked extremely sexy in the flashforward

Hey Karolina, I kind of agree with you that Claire's reaction was kind of blah, what made it sad to me was Hurley's reaction...okay Emilie fans don't get mad at me but I've never thought she was that great of an actress so maybe it wasn't the writers but just Emilie...not that she is bad or anything just not great like some of the others..in my opinion anyway.

Paul, I loved the part about Jacob too! I totally forgot to mention it. I was thinking maybe that guy looking out the window was Locke b/c he appeared shortly after that? hmmmm? And Sassy, I knew you'd enjoy the fact that the Jate hug was a con....hehehe

I think if Claire had bawled her eyes and screamed to the rooftops it might have taken away from Hurley. She hasn't seen the greatest hits note yet hopefully she will get her chance to grieve properly then and it will be more poignant

LOL Paul, well I wasn't expecting her to scream and freak out...Hurley's reaction was calm but you could just see the pain in his eyes. I thought Claire's reaction was just kind of flat. But I hope you are right and that Claire will have a better mourning scene.

No sayid stayed with Jack as did desmond. I guess i looked at it wrong. Claire has never been that strong of a character and i dont think Emelie is that amazing of an actress. I wish they would give her more to do though because it seems they have really neglected her story wise. hrmmf

I know that's what I didn't understand, when Claire and Hurley went because of Charlie.
