Since we are actively promoting LVI to possibly bring in some new members, the Council is interested to know how YOU found LVI!

Did you find us through another vidder, or maybe a link on another site? Please post a quick note here about how you came across this site, so that we can get some more ideas on where to advertise.

Hey guys! I'm a mod at SPN_Sceneit on LJ where you posted an ad. Before that I've heard Ais ramble about this place forever, but as I only watched bits of Lost and never vidded it, I only got interested when I saw that you'd gone multi-fandom.

Looks tops! I rather miss the old SVS and I believe it was based on this forum.

Nikki (Nikkimonique) told me about it and also encouraged me to vid. W atched her Jate AU vids and she mentioned LVI. Thanks Nikki

I found the site through a Lost vid on Youtube. The vidder mentioned the site in the credits of their video. I decided to check out the site and I have been a proud member of LVI ever since.

I was searching on YouTube for "lost video contest" and found a load of entries for LVI contests mentioning the site but not actually saying what it was. So I asked Sophie, who I knew through a Michael Emerson forum, and she told me what it was and tadaaa!

Nikki (Nikkimonique) told me about LVI- way way back in 2008.

She commented on a Jack and Kate video I had and told me about the site. I was fphorses then. Must have been around 2008.

She is so great in bringing us all together and spreading the word on youtube.

Oh, man, I don't even remember... It might've been through Youtube... Either you were mentioned by someone on Youtube in the description of their vid, or I found LVI via Google. One of those.

I found out about Lost Video Island while talking to Macaila. She showed me some of the videos she had made and posted and encouraged me to try.

I don't always log-in but I do like to stop by and see what's happening when I have the time.
