I have a pregunta: I have a vid for this contest that I think is pretty much done, but it's only about two minutes long? Is that okay? Do you suggest it be longer? I don't want to be short-changed of anything jus cause my vid isn't long enough....advice?
Gracias. _________________

I'd agree. As long as you think it has all it needs then I see no reason to suggest it be longer. However, I don't know the situation, so it's really your decision The 5 minute thing is more of a habit we have, and a maximum, not the suggested length. A video that is too long is usually more harmful than one that is too short, however, so don't worry about it. |

Oh, great! Pressure's on....see, if I make it longer, I risk ruining it...then again, if keep it short, I might be missing out on something good...decisions decisions....stayed tuned for further updates. _________________

Another quick question - can the video give an alternate answer to a question that's already been "answered"?
*Edit: To clarify, We'ver just started season 2 in Australia, and there has been no real clarification of what the 'Monster' on the island is, so I was working on a "monster revealed" vid. But as luck would have it, I just downloaded a clip, "Ecko vs. the Monster", which made me think maybe a monster entry wouldn't be valid, if it's already been answered..
Any help is appreciated guys, Thanks. |

Well it is still up in the air what the monster REALLY IS. Not wanting to spoil you what we saw in Eko's eppy but it is definetly open to interpretation.
But yes considering you haven't or possibly don't know the answer to some questions cause your country is behind it's fine. We won't hold it against you. _________________

Thanks, Polarbear.
New post, new questions - The submit page hates me.. er.. isn't working. Do I just link to the video in here, and if so, what, if any, information do I include? Sorry. New and all that jazz..
Am I making a pain of myself yet? |

I agree with Paul! Sounds like a cool idea, regardless of whether you're in North America or Australia.
Well, that's odd that the submit section isn't working for you Is that new, or has it never worked? Well, post all the info it asks you here, along with your picture (or PM me it all) and we'll add it for you. That is, iff the submit section still isn't working I'll talk to E and try to figure out why it might not be working. Chances are it's just some bad characters in your image name or something lol. |

Yay!! My vid is almost finished!
I actually didn't want to take part in this one because I thought it was just too difficult. But I had a sudden idea a few days ago and I think it's not even that bad
That's such a cool contest, guys! _________________

I just submitted my first ever contest entry!
It's sort of an alternate answer to a mystery, I hope that's okay. The link is here, if anyone wants to see: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bzKmmO_THyc |

Ditto (I had the exact same idea, and used the same movie, too. ).
I liked your vid, especially the end! |

I finished my vid for the contest too. That will be my first contest-vid and I don't know, if I must give link to it on this topic too. I've already submitted it, is that enought?
