Spoiler:
Personally for me the story was wrapped up beautifully. I think Harry telling Ron and Hermione, or rather hinting at his fate was a lovely touch. I always thought it odd he didn't fill them in until afterwards.
Fred's death was perhaps my only disappointment. I didn't want to see it per se but I still wanted that punch to the gut feeling of seeing it happen.
The odd changes they made - like Harry appearing to Snape, and the extended fight scene - worked well. It's the only film I've really watched where I've not really minded the scenes they missed out. I kind of wished more could've been done to see Snape's tortured soul in the Prince's Tale segment as for those who've not read the books might not really get that why he was the way he was.
Overall, it was the best movie of the bunch. I was really really surprised, considering the last two movies i felt weren't particularly good.
I was like "Must be another changed title." Because I think two of the titles are different then the US. The Half Blood Prince and then The Sorcerer's Stone.

I watched the film a second time and I liked it much, much more this time around. The 2D version is much more enjoyable than 3D if you ask me.
Not my favourite part of the films (that has to be The Sorcerer's Stone and DH Part 1), but a satisfying closure of the saga.
I've heard that the DH2-DVD will have some amazing stuff on it ( http://www.mugglenet.com/app/news/show/4609). I'm hoping for some Dumbledore flashbacks! *fingers crossed* _________________

I was confused about the option to put the last Harry Potter in 3D in the first place. There wasn't a lot of places where the 3D would've worked, and it's the final film, so I imagine 2D was probably the better way to view the final film, without distractions.
Ooh, I'm hoping for lots of fun extras and deleted scenes! _________________
3D needs to die off in movies like that. Because 2D was the first to go in tickets; then 3D; so it seems that some people were using 3D as their last resort to go to the midnight showing.
I don't see how 3D would have served a purpose in most of the film either. It's just another ploy to get people to watch.
