Lost Video Island

Would any brave soul like to critique my latest debacle? It's a Sawyer/Kate theme.
I'm not very satisfied with it. I think it falls apart 2/3rds of the way through.
Things I don't like:
1. It's tooooo long! Almost 5 mins. Even with audio editing. (it was a very long song)
2. Because of the length, the compression is hideous to get it under 30mb.
3. I don't know if I like the filter I used called bistro (which gives it a greenish defused looked).
I may scrap that but I dunno.
I may scrap the whole thing. Sometimes the muse is not with me.

I dunno about you but I found vegas a pain to learn but once youve learnt something you know it so yea..

I'm actually quite used to Vegas now. I didn't really like it so much when I first started using it (big change from WMM and Premiere) but now I love it.

LOL.
Still don't know how to do much with it but I'm still learning.

Anyway I'm gonna go ahead and do "Be Yourself" by Audioslave even though theres already 2 or 3 vids on LVI (which were both awesome) but I LOVE that song and I really wanna vid to it.
I hope it comes out alright. lol.
I'll try and have it done soon, I'm only 56 seconds into it.

yea, it's her "favorite song of all time", and she hates sawyer so i had to make it jate

it's short, so try and watch it; if you start to feel sick just shut it off

I liked it the colours were kinda weird but different. I love the wah wah bits and Kate running.

Jaime! Wow, that video was amazing looking. Yeah, the colors are out there and can be a bit too much for some people, but I loved it! And I agree with Paul, the "wa wa wa wa wa" scenes were great!

Right now I'm working on a gay Jack/Boone turned Jack/Sawyer trailer for this certain challenge that Pip has set up at Lost forum..not sure if it qualifies though.

Its pretty sucky too.

Working on my Very First Sawyer vid!

Yeah, can you believe that I've done like 3,815 Jack-themed vids

but not one Sawyer-only vid??? He had to share the spotlight with Kate and Jack (him again?

) in "How Soon Is Now?" But now he's finally getting to be The Star!

Now, if WMM 2 just hadn't made half of my clips into a different ratio than the other half... *steam comes out of Aislynn's ears*

All I can say is thank the Good Lord for Ringwench, who has been my Fairy Godmother of Clips all this time! She is ever-so graciously replacing the Sawyer clips I've lost with ones that are in the same ratio as the ones I have left! Three cheers for Ringwench! She rocks!!!

Ok I've officially given up on the Be Yourself vid. lol.
It's kind've boring to me and I'm too lazy to finish it.

But I'm still gonna work on my Skate vid and hopefully I'll have that done before next year.

Aislynn, can't wait for your HOT Sawyer vid.

It's gonna rock.
