Charlie and Claire have the perfect fairytale romance. Admittedly, it's a Shane MacGowan fairytale.

Thanks, Aislynn! It's the week before finals, so God bless feedback...

I believe in the angst of Charlie/Claire, and I believe in the Pogues, and I belive that Fairytale of New York is the best Christmas song ever, so this was the natural outgrowth of those three beliefs.

  Thanks!

I'm working my way through the vids of LVI (my goal: To watch 'em ALL!!! Okay, so that's still a pretty lofty goal, but give me a little more time... ), which is why it's taken me so long to get to this one. Sorry, Chica!

However, it's appropriate that it's coming up to Christmas now, hm?

I loved this! It's such an inventive take on C/C! And you really fit the clips to the lyrics, too! Awesome!

I SO love how your mind works! You rock, gal!

  Great job!

"It was Christmas Eve, babe...in the drunk tank..." Yup!

  Greatest Christmas song EVER.

Aww, thanks, zandra! I do have another C/C vid in the works, almost done. It's a really bizarre AU vid, but it is Charlie/Claire.

This is a great vid! the way you made the vid fit the lyrics is deadly! you should do another c/c one!!!

  IT'S SOMEONE WITH MUSICAL TASTE!

  *passes out from the shock*

"Rain Street", eh? That's one I hadn't actually considered for a Lost vid...probably because I don't have the faintest clue how I'd handle "Father McGreer buys an ice cold beer/And a short for Father Loyola/Father Joe's got the clap again/He's drinking Coca-Cola"...*considers*

I do have several other Pogues songs earmarked for music vids, though ...because I'm obsessed. And Shane's my hero, because he's immortal and shall live forever.

LOL! Let me guess, you're a paddy right? I love this song, it's my favorite christmas song because it's about muddling through when everythings gone to hell because at the end of the day you still love one another, a great message. Hey, maybe you could do a vid to "rain street"? "Bless me father I have sinned, iIgot p*ssed and I got pinned, and Lord knows the state I'm in down rain street" LOL! LONG LIVE SHANE MAGOWAN!
