  Like Karolina I prefer the Oasis version but I can see why you chose the slower one to set the tone and all. Really good subtle use of lyrics and it just flowed really nicely. Great job!

  Thank you so much Kayla!! I was spoiled rotten for the finale too and that's a good thing because I don't think I could have taken seeing Charlie die without being prepared.... and looking like a complete sobbing fool in front of my boyfriend.

  Beautiful video Cylune! Really... I´m still specheless after the finale... During the whole episode I was like "Please Charlie, make through it... You have to..."
  Ow... I´m trying to work on a "Charlie Tribute" video myself... But I think I´m still too sad...

  Oh Em Gee, Cinthia! That was so incredibly beautiful, and since I haven't seen the finale yet (don't worry - I'm the Spoiler Queen!) it felt so fresh! The scene of Charlie looking at Desmond through the porthole in the door was too sad for words; it made me cry! *sniffle* Beautiful work.

  And thanks for reassuring me about the simpleness of the vid. In a way, I wanted the story to be told without seeing the 'editing'. I wanted people to care more about the story than my editing skills.

  You wrote to me in your last email that the vid was "extremely simple", but it's absolutely adequate if you ask me. I really loved it that way!
  Btw, this is a wonderful version of the song! Although I still prefer Oasis' version, this one here works much better for the whole "sacrifice" theme.
  
  Anyway, I had goose bumps all over while watching this vid and, during the end of the vid, even some tears in my eyes! It's was so sad and so beautiful! I love how you turned the story around: At first, Desmond tries to save Charlie's life and in the end, it's Charlie who becomes Desmond's wonderwall. So touching!!!
  
  The ending is simply the best part. The flashback moments when you show how Charlie "rescued" Desmond earlier already combined with the scenes in the underwater station.... sniff!!!
  
  Gotta watch it one more time and then I'll go to bed.

  Thanks so much for the nice comment. I wanted this vid to be extremely canon so I'm glad you thought it tied-in Charlie and Desmond's character arcs. They're my guys. I'm going to vid about them so much that eventually people will get sick of it!
