Pretty sure Ethan will only be back in flashbacks. I'm not suprised if Kate chooses Jack, like I said he'll eventually ditch her for some new character and then we'll see some Skate.

I'm still not convinced this choice is anything romantic. I'm not even sure it's going to be between Jack and Sawyer.
But I guess we know Sawyer might be out of the picture now.
I doubt Ethan will be back full time, that would be stupid, I think he will be involved in quite a few flashbacks though.
