I think you'd have to ask them to delete it then upload the new one with the same info, but I'm not sure

Hijacking this thread (closest thing that came up on a search) to ask another question:

A recent comment over at YouTube brings up a question: Are trolls often over there? I got my first one (evidently someone thinks that the Dazed and Confused parody is "totally stupid" and that I "wasted (my) time"), and subsequently deleted it because it wasn't anything even remotely constructive, nor clearly was it intended to be constructive.

I was kind of surprised at it because I hadn't gotten any comments like that before on stuff. So I'm just curious if anyone else has run into this. It was too dumb and generally inoffensive to bother with reporting, but it startled me nonetheless, so.

(And yes, I know, it's the internet, so there are morons everywhere. Heh.)

Yeah I got a comment once that said only people who watch Lost would get it well duh. These people are thick just ignore them. You can always make your videos private if you don't want any comments.

Oh no, I do want comments and all that (if anyone hasn't realized that about me, they're not paying attention, heh.) I just was like '...' at that one, especially because I've got a couple way worse videos they could have picked on, so heck.

It just wasn't the coolest thing to wake up to in the morning.

It's down again. Scheduled downtime. As of this post, no info about when it will be back up (I'm guessing within a few hours.)

At least this keeps the troll that keeps on rating my videos as '1' (especially the good ones) and making nasty comments on my videos quiet for a little while.
