hehe, glad I possibly subconsiously inspired yall!
Do yall mind if I give my non-council-member 2 cents on the cover songs thing?? As a Disney fan & vidder, I personally think it would be more cool for the songs to be actually from the movies, ya know, sung by the characters in their cartoon voices. But that's just me, some people might not go for the "cute" sound.

Talk about passing the buck. Well I say stick to the originals.. although something like Elton John's version of Circle of Life would be fine which was done for the movie but it wasn't the version they used.

Allow me to claim my song, if songs are claimable. I had to do a brief clip of it to see if it would work. I think it does, though Eko's part needs to be a bit more enunciated.
Heh heh.
(I also considered doing 'It's a Small World After All' for the ultimate terror, but that's not in a musical, so sadly was out.) |

I just had a quick read through this thread. Sorry, if anyone asked this before: Do we have to use Disney clips as well (as Heather did in her vids) or would it be enough just to use a Disney song? The first thing would be a bit difficult for me. I have heaps of Disney movies, but they're all on DVD unfortunately.

Wow a disney themed lost musicl vid! Ive seen a lot of them but have never made one. Maybe i will rise to the challenge of making a disney lost vid! I dont have any disney songs though!
Better hurry see if i can find some songs or download some! 
Edit: Ok had a lot must have thrown the cd in the bin! lol and there are no place to download them on the net! The only Disney songs i have are "You'll be in my heart" by Phil Collins from Tarzan and "What if" by Kate Winslet from Anastacia

LOL No, of course not. You don't have to use Disney movie footage or clips if you don't want to. Do you really think we would make you rip an entire Disney movie just for this contest?

I still havnt decided yet but i did have some in mind.
Either : A whole new world, Circle of life or Can you feel the love tonight but it think i remeber someone doing a CC vid to that quite recently. I was going to do it with all the couples but if someones already done it. But like i said i havnt decided between these three.
These are the only ones i can think of off the top of my head. I'm not very familiar with disney tunes. lol

Well all we do really is just toss ideas around the table and when we all like one in particular, we decide as a group which one to do.
