This was really good. I liked the part where you showed how they were hurt in the past (Sawyer - Clemmantine, Kate - Kevin) and then the.. stuff after that

You know what I meeannn...
And eventhough the song is soo cheesy, you made it work!

I really enjoyed it (and i'm a Jater, so now you've got to be proud of this vid

That was awesome. Very good job. I was skeptical at first because of the cheese-factor of the song, but this was really well put together (duh.) Good work. It was skate AND a song that scared me and I liked it. LOL.

Nice video...cheesy, but in the good way;) the whole climat reminds Your 'It must have been love' video, which is one of my total favorites... Great song choice too, brings a lot of memories

Ruth is a total Skater

I really liked how you had both POV's in the vid with the quick shots of them to the beat. I loved the scenes of them under the water and by the waterfall that you used from other films or something it was great. An extremely sweet and sexy vid.

Ahh, cheesy 80s songs...

But I really did like the vid. It really encompassed both Sawyer's and Kate's pain in the past and the joy they found in each other. Very sweet and cute. I liked how you switched POVs too. Nicely done.

Where were those scenes of two people in grass under the sunset and two people swimming from? They really looked like Sawyer and Kate.

Thanks everybody!

PC- The "meadow" scenes are just stock footage I had, I couldnt believe my luck. The underwater swimming scene is from "The Blue lagoon" which is almost perfect because the girl is a brunette and the guy is blonde. The waterfall one, oddly enough is from "Return to the Blue Lagoon", and again with the hair.

I enjoy it so much even though i'm a total jater :)But when you watch good videos it doesn't matter which ship you support.

Gah, the way he looks at her! *dies* You really captured that part of their relationship SO well: they both want to know what love is. *sigh*

I was trying to make a mental list of all my favorite scenes and moments but honestly, I couldn't because I was just so busy enjoying it! Needless to say, I loved the lyric interpretations, the beat use, the use of "other" footage (niiiiiiice!

), the way you vidded a slower song as if it were fast (INCREDIBLE!

) and, of course, every amazing look and touch between the two!

I can tell you this, though: I literally went *squee!* out loud when the chorus swelled up and he kissed her! *dreamy sigh* Now THAT'S the way to hit a viewer with an emotional moment!

Ah, to be Kate...

! I love how you in mostly all your vids give some extra footage like moon, nature, sea and so on..It's so awesome to see a skate vid. that very well done, 'cause most of what I saw and usually see on youtube I can't called good unfortunately.

Anyway, beat use is so good, and how you put and edit all skate goodness to this music is awesome

You remind me all too well of why I prefer Skate over Jate.

It was absolutely wonderful and matched so well. My only quibble was that in the first verses there were lots of cuts in the rhythm and it threw me off all the time, but other than that it was just amazing.

What can I say, Im completely overwhelmed! I never expected such a great response, thanks everybody! I also feel really guilty at not having any time to watch and/or comment on anyone else's...but I will get to you, I sware!

Thank you all so much, and for loving my choice of 80's cheese. I actually really like that song

and I did explore several covers of the song. In the end, the original was just the one I wanted to use. Anyway thanks again!
