you only need an even number if you're pairing people off to be each others secret santa... if its random, an odd number still works fine... like if it was just Becca, Kimmy and Nikki (just using the last couple people who posted in here

)... Becca could make Kimmy's... Kimmy could make Nikki's... and Nikki could make Becca's... and then there's no issue with an odd number

What about if I shifted the deadline to the 10th? How would people feel about that? Or we can just work it the way we do on ff.net -- everyone posts their fic when they're ready.

And yes, Kimmy's right -- I think we should watermark them and upload them to our own channels so that everyone gets the credit for their own hard work. You can put the recipient's name in the intro or at the end as a dedication, or you can just put it in the summary.

I've finished working out the assignments, so I'll probably PM them to everyone today. I tried to arrange it so that each vidder can fill at least one of their recipient's requests (based on the preferences they listed), but let me know if you're really having trouble and I'll figure something out.

The 10th is fine for me. It's only a few days less, we still have 3 weeks. The 15th would be the same amount of time as a contest vid, so we shouldn't have that much trouble with it, right?

I get back late on the 20th...so I will officially be back the 21st...I'm all for that if everyone else is as well!! because like Nikki said....it's still before Christmas...but it also gives everyone more then enough time!

I think everyone has agreed that the vids should be up by the 21st at the latest. But since some people (eg. Becca) might not be around then, I'm giving you the option of posting them earlier if you need to. If you're not going away, you can wait until the 21st or post it whenever it's done (provided it's at least December). Sort of like how there's a cut off date for comp vids but you can submit them any time during the month.
