I really don't think Claire is going to die anymore. When the house exploded and she survived, I kinda figured she was gonna be all right. Because, I mean, if you surivie an explosion, you're pretty indestructable, lolz.

this thread is the reason i dont come into spoilers. why did i think it'd be safe to click on this?:S aw well; im gonna go with it being sun; just to keep claire alive in my head. but at least they're not killing her; which i have to say i respect them for. i assumed they woulda killed her by now. altho if it is claire they're probably glad that they dont have to try and FIND scenes for her to be in since they boxed her story in a neat package and refuse to delve into it
hang on; it could also be rose, couldnt it? unlikely; but just adding to the bowl

Just thought I'd share...Here's the latest from Kirstin from E!
According to my sources, our Claire-bear (Emilie de Ravin) will not be a regular in season five, but rather she will be on a "holding contract." However, after her sojourn in the underworld, or wherever she is, she will return to us for season six.
I'm really sad that it's Claire, since she's one of my favorite characters....It's gonna be hard to watch a whole season without her

Yeah I totally hear what your saying Jemma...It's upsetting that they barely showed Claire all season, and then they finally come up with this really cool storyline for her and then it's like Poof...oh well...you'll just have to wait until season six to find out what's up.

| I hate how they do NOT treat all their characters equally. If you have so many characters, you should give them all fairly exciting storylines but nope, the writers are more interested in who Kate chooses. You can tell this by how many people they've killed and then showed lack of mourning over. They're just in the way, so let's kill them off and get on with it >_< |

Jemma I completely agree! Me and my brother have had this arguement so many times and his defense is always the same..."Well they are the main characters." and I always come back with "Well excuse me, I do believe there were more survivors than just Jack, Kate, and Sawyer!" and then he counters with "Well, I guess they're triangle is more important" and I counter with "Well that's just plain stupid! It's not fair to have these 'secondary' characters that you fall in love with and then oopies...they're really in the way of our prescious love-triangle..lets just kind of shove them farther back...and well when they're still in the way...well no one will care if they 'disappear'...but we do!" Gah! It's so frustrating!

Word! I couldn't agree more with you, Trey! Kate needs to get away from Sawyer and Jack. This triangle thing is so NOT healthy! Hurley is the man for her, he can give her some sweet, pure and honest lovin!
