I really can't see Charlie kissing Claire cause apparently he goes pretty loopy in this eppy and they have fallen out.

What if Claire goes seeking comfort else where then... im maybe seeing some Mr Echo loving. 
Then again... im kinda hoping for Hurlbby.... jusst so we can all say "Hurlbby" on a regular basis |

OKay... I have a few theories! I'm kinda basing them on the oficial episode pics!
Since Kate is not involved, we can leave the Kate/Sawyer possibility behind (sorry, SKATERS!)...
That leaves us with 3 other variables: Charlie/Claire, Jack/Ana Lucia or Hurley/Libby...
I would LOVE to see Charlie and Claire kissing! But I do think is kinda hard to happen, specially on this ep... with Claire beeing mad at Charlie about the drugs! I agree with what PolarBear said... they could grow apart and end up kissing! It's very possible... if Claire starts to feel bad for Charlie in the end of the ep, she could eventually kiss him!
It can also be out of the blue, just like the Jack/Kate kiss! I guess Charlie could get so much desperate for Claire's forgiveness that he ends up kissing her... but she'll probably go psycho like Kate, except that in stead of running, she slaps him or something!
*fingers crossed*
I definetely don't wanna see Jack/Ana Lucia kissing so soon...

Sun kisses Michael in an attempt to calm him down! (Or Sawyer, just because.)
Jin misinterprets what Libby's saying and kisses her! Badness ensues, including a Sun/Libby girlfight! (Or not. Hey, OT3!)
Rose bestows a motherly kiss on any of the Lostaways that she's been a mother figure too! (Who says a kiss has to be romantic, huh?)
In a feverish, drug-induced dream of Charlie's, he kisses Hurley. (Have you seen those promo pics? Where Hurley's all decked out in Jesus-garb? Jesus and Judas parallel, man.)
Jack and Sawyer kiss! (Because the slash fans must be appeased.)
Claire kisses Aaron! (See note on the Rose kiss.)
Michael kisses the hatch computer! (Because he's so grateful that Walt is alive, don't you know.)
Locke kisses the Island monster! (OTP! Theirloveissounreal.)
Sayid kisses Ana-Lucia! (Because Nadia? Shannon who?  )
...
Okay, so yeah, it's either going to be Charlie/Claire, Hurley/Libby, or Jack/Ana-Lucia. But crack!theories are fun to contemplate.

If it'd be any slash kiss I'm all for Jarlie. I mean they're both having problems with their women right now and I can totally see Jack trying to comfort Charlie so.....why not a Jarlie kiss? Hehe....those two snuggle bunnies
