I know this is probably not the right place to post this thread but I didn't know where else to put it.
I'm sooo freaking upset right now!

I found this at Youtube:

Looks very much like my Voodoo People vid, doesn't it? But the member who submitted it wasn't me!!! I had Voodoo People on Youtube for like one hour only after having uploaded it. It looked sucky there so I decided to remove it and uploaded it on Putfile and Zshare. This guy here grabbed it from somewhere (ZShare, I guess) and submitted it on Youtube again. At least he didn't claim it's his vid. But I'm so pissed of anyway! I just sent him a message and kindly asked him to remove the vid. I hope that he'll answer asap.

Aaaaaaarrrgggghhhh!!

Someone has my cheers Sawyer vid on youtube but they never said it was by them so it doesn't bother me. You should be flattered someone would put it on there, they must like it. It was a really cool vid by the way, my favourite of yours. If you want him to remove it I hope he does tho.. but try and take pleasure from the fact your vid is being pimped

Edit: Hmm that is damn bad quality even for YT. I guess they must have reencoded it in a crappy quality? Now that's not cool.

Well, you are probably right that I could regard it as a compliment.

I'm just so annoyed because he didn't even ask me if he could upload the vid on Youtube. My email address is in the vid. It's that kind of behaviour that annoys me.

I think the rules are once a vid is up somewhere on the net, it's fair enough for them to put it on Youtube or whatever, as long as they don't claim it's theres. Someone put my trailer from Craignotbond.com on Youtube...there's a bunch of people who replied to it getting really angry and threatening to kill me...only thing is, they don't have a clue who I am.

I can understand your upset...

Although I collect videos every day to share with people on the various threads I propriet & occasionally the vidders have put them on rapidshare which is blocked on many sites. Or someone can't download them from RS. In that instance I'll upload them to youtube or putfile as a courtesy so those ppl can see them. But I make it clear at the top of the vid "Title by so & so" and then put a note off to the side I'm not the maker etc. And when I post it on the threads I of course list the title & credit the vidder.

Just uploading it & not making it evident it isn't yours leads the viewer to believe the uploader is the author.
