I can't figure out how to make my picture in paint for a video submission under 20000 bytes. Any help would be gladly appreciated!

Also, by way of unsolicited but free advice, try the Gimp. It's a bit of a learning curve, but it's free and, minus a few hitches, does what Photoshop does. Gimp.Org, the website. It'll make things look a heck of a lot nicer than Paint, anyway.
