I'm trying to make a Kate/Sayid video, but I'm having a little bit of trouble. I think it's mostly because I lack Kate/Sayid clips. I've tried to make "constructed scenes," but I doubt that will take me far.

Can anyone think of any Kayid scenes? I think The Moth had a majority of them. Would anyone mind uploading them as WMVs for me? AVI will not work on my WMM. If anyone thinks of anything else that could help, I'd be very grateful!

They have many small scenes in many episodes. I did make a Kate/Sayid vid, so I know what you're dealing with. They have more scenes than I thought they'd have, though.

They have pretty good screentime in "White Rabbit" as Jack goes away and they're left dealing with the survivors by themselves. There's that great moment when Sayid pulls her away before she could go after Sawyer when they thought he had the water.
Then a bit later when Sayid got Sawyer off Kate... Actually, it's a great episode for them. I'll see if I can get any scenes from my DVDs, but my DVD drive has gone nuts, so it might take a while...

hmm... let's see...

Oh, they also have some moments in the "Pilot" (part II) and "Walkabout", if I'm not mistaken...

I'll check some more scenes for you!

First off, thanks so much to Anya and Di for responding. I really thought my post would be completely ignored and then I'd be left to figure things out all on my own.

Anya, I do have that Kayid scene in What Kate Did. Thanks for your kind offer, though.

Di, I have the scene where Sayid pulls Sawyer off Kate in White Rabbit (thanks to josh-holloway.com) and the one where he stops Kate from temporarily going after Sawyer about the water. I have only one small scene from The Moth and that is when Sayid is concerned about Kate spending time with Sawyer right before Sayid leaves to his own position. However, I'm certain there were other scenes from that episode that I don't have. If you wouldn't mind uploading some for me, I would be very grateful! Take your time ... I'm in no rush.

I also remembered the end scene of Confidence Man where he kisses her hand because he leaves. If someone could get that for me, it'd be really appreciated. I'm aware evangeline-lilly has the scene, but it's cut off short and I need the part where Sayid is actually shown walking away.

I've got three for you, don't know if you've already got them, but ah well..

1. The entire Confidence Man goodbye scene HERE (9.4MB / 1:15)
2. The scene where Kate sits down to talk to Sayid when he's building the antenna HERE (8.5Mb / 1:17)
3. The teeny tiny clip where Sayid grabs Kate when she's running back to Sawyer before he shoots the polar bear (Ok, so that's only 3 seconds, but depending on your footage and use of slo-mo, it could come in handy

)HERE (537KB / 0.03)

The clips are 320x240 zipped WMV format. If they work alright in WMM, and you don't mind waiting, I can grab you some "Moth" clips tomorrow (It's 3am, I gotta crash now

)

The only clip I had of the three was the last one, and I was really glad to have the other two.

Of course, I don't mind waiting. The fact that anyone would be as kind to do this means everything to me.

Ok, so.. I could only find three clips in The Moth:

1. Kate, Sayid and Boone on the beach, talking about the problems with getting the signal HERE (8.9MB / 1:10)

2. Sayid telling Kate that he doesn't trust Sawyer..with her (I know, I just read you've got this one, but I'd already ripped it, so I thought I'd add it in case someone else wants/needs it) HERE (6.2MB / 0:47)

3. Kate and Sayid walking through the jungle having a discussion on how/why they survived the plane crash "Blind, dumb luck?" .. "No one is that lucky" HERE (4.8MB / 0:37)

*Edit: Found one more, from Tabula Rasa, don't know if you have this one either, it's a group scene, but you could edit it down to Kate/Sayid pretty easily.
It's the oh-so romantic fire side chat with the Australia!rock, the plane!stick, and the passionate Sayid "can't take away their hope" speech. HERE (14.3MB / 1:53)

(P.S: Thanks! A friend gave me a whole heap of Sawyer ones she collected from LJ. I like it too, but then, if it's got JH on it, that's a given
