Okay what are these special characters that are not allowed when writing up a description for a video you submit. All I wrote was 2 sentences and it kept telling me I had special characters.

... So I just put the generic description and it went through.

I run into that from time to time as well. In my experience it has been punctuation marks and occasionally extra spaces.

I have had a couple times when I didn't think I had any special characters, so I just left the submit page all together and came back. That did the trick.

I'm sorry yall are having that problem! I have seen this myself in the past but I can't remember exactly which characters cause it. As Macaila said, it can be extra spaces or punctuation, or possibly quotation marks, anything like that.

I will have to test it out next time but I think it may have been the spaces I left.
