Wow, well now this should be a tough guess, what with the 50/50 thing
Well, I'll go with my favourite of the four before she was kileld off : Shannon. She had a hell of a lot of potential, and her character was totally startign to grow up, but then they killed her She wasn't just "the bitch" of the island this season. |

Sawyer's girl: Thanks so much! I have to admit, those are two of my favorite bits as well! I'm glad you liked it!
Hobbes: Yet another good guess. By Shannon's last ep, I had completely revised my Season 1 impression of her and I was really sorry to see her go. I think they had plenty of directions left to take her! *pout*
As for the answer of who I would've went with if Kate had not been available, here's my alternate frame:

Here I am A with your feedback, like I said I would be.
First off let me just say that I loved your song choice for this vid. Actually, I wasn't ever really fond of this song until this vid came along and now I love it. lol. I was litterally boogying down right here on my desk-chair while watching it. Humming too might I add.
The opening with the polaroid Skate pic was awesome, I really enjoyed that. I also really liked that part when Sawyer said "Hey" exactly the time as the song/lyrics did. LOL. You matched that part right on the dot.
Loved all the wacky scenes you used in this, made it all the more fun.
Great Job A, can't wait for your next one. _________________

Thanks so much, Holly! I really appreciate you taking time to review!
It's funny, that whole Poloraid effect was the only one of the original animations I had planned to do that actually made it into the final vid. I was proud of that first pic, though, because I generally suck like a fleet of Hoovers when it comes to anything even remotely collage-ish. But, by a great strike of luck, I thought that one came out less horrifying than my usual efforts!
I'm glad that I got a better song this time! Thanks a bunch! *hug*

domaholic17: Thanks so much! I use Windows Movie Maker 2. The animated effects (like the "Polaroid effect" and the "handwriting" on the bottom of the pictures) were all done with Paintshop Pro 8 and Animation Shop 3. This one doesn't look heavily animated but there are actually more than 100 individual frames in the opening and closing bits.
PsychoCynic: Thank you! That was really my ultimate goal: to make a light, fluffy Skate vid instead of something all angsty and heavy! I'm so glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks again!

Ooo, thanks, tmk1224!
*does happy dance*
This one was hard on me for some reason... It was actually finished before I even did "Paint It Black," but I held it because I just felt unsure about it. It's really made me feel SO great that it's gotten so many nice, positive comments! Whew!
Thanks again!

Awwww, what a wonderful, flirty, cute, feel-good vid! *hearts it*
And don't you dare going: "Oh no, this is one of my old vids!"
The idea with Sawyer giving the Apollo bar to Kate just rocks! Very well edited, Aislynn! And I really like the polaroid pics at the beginning and the end of the vid, too. _________________

I really, really, wanted to watch this a while ago, but I was stupid and didn't know how to download it from that link. But now I can do it!
That was really awesome! Loved how fun and lighthearted it was, you don't get many videos like that anymore. I loved the part at the begining, when Saywer said 'Hey' to match the words in the song.
Great Video. _________________

Kaja: *gasp!* How is it that I never saw your comments??? So sorry, hon! Anyway, "eek, it's one of my old vids!" Thank you so much! The Apollo bar thing was one of the very last things I did with this one. It was almost literally a last minute addition! I'm so glad it worked!
Spiral Static: And my apologies to you, too, SS! I don't know why I never saw either your or Kaja's posts here! Anyway, I really did want to make something light-hearted and fun and I'm so glad that it came across that way! And yes, I was so proud to get that "Hey!" to line up like that! Thank you so much!
phoenix39: Heya Jane! Thank you! I wasn't sure how the Polaroid thing was going to turn out when I decided to try it and I'm so glad that it seemed to work! Thanks so much for watching and commenting!
