Wow! I finally watched the ep! Great ep indeed!
I specially enjoyed Maggie's performance, she's really great. It's a shame that they killed her off. Her character had so much development unexplored. We'll miss ya Maggie!

I have to agree Michelle Rod, is not a very good actor, she yells to much and is unbelievable. She did better in the airport. Why can't she tell clearly what happened to the others. Now she says the people of her group might have been taken and not killed.

Writers are starting to do a poor job. These backstories might need to be stopped. Lockes, Jins, and Shannons were good, but the repeat of Walts just sucked. Shannons backstory was extremely sad. Jack being in the background was not clever, it is getting to be annoying. Having everyone shop up in the background is getting lame.

Others, Others, I don't like the addition of mysterious forest dwellers that take people. The reason is does not make sense. They could be in the forest to get food, what is the motivation to take someone. Walt showing up and talking backwards is rather lame, Walt should be somewhere else, maybe a worker or in prison or something. There is no reason for Walt to be showing up.

I really love the idea, Michael of all people stuck up for Sawyers life. I really liked it when they were in the stream and they had to lift him up through the dense jungle. Like Klaus Kinski did with the boat in "Fitzcarraldo".

Doing the final scene in the rain and dark really made for a nice last 5 minutes.

You know things are starting to fall apart when Jin got separated from the raft then mysteriously showed up on the island alive being chased yelling "others".

Okay I only saw like 2 mins of last nights (I dont watch reruns) but anyways I have always thought it was REALLY funny that first off:

1.) Boone wanted to help her. He was going to give her money to live! How is that different than crashing at his place?

2.) She says "I dont want your money"...yet, what, one year later there she is conning him out of it?

3.) Apparently she couldnt make it. Or didnt try.
