Lost Video Island

I've done that stupid thing you do where you hit a button that you haven't realized and it totally screws something up :S

It's something to do with the audio; I can see it on the track but I can only hear the background noise/music. Not the actual dialogue. It's not my headphones, and it happens to every MPEG file :S I dunno why its doing it but its driving me insane!!

Audio works fine playing in Media player and in vegas 7, so i have a feeling i've either hit something in Vegas 10 or its on a default setting somewhere that I haven't found :S

help!!

EDIT - more info:

it seems that when I drag in an MPEG movie file, I get EVERY audio track, commentary, background, dialogue, everything! I have no idea why :S:S
