Unfortunately, no matter what the show, movie, etc., there's really not any way of completely removing the background noises and leaving just the speaking parts.  There are things you can do to try to help minimize it, cutting the audio as close to the words as possible, trying to place the audio over parts in the music you're using to help the background noises sort of blend in, but that's about all you can do, I'm afraid.
I know there are audio editing programs that can supposedly help cut down on the background noises by removing everything but the center channel and things like that but I've never tried one myself so I don't know how successful they are, sorry.

Okay, I see what you mean.  There are a bunch of ways I know to do something like that but it will depend on what editing program you're using. With something like Sony Vegas or Vegas Movie Studio, you can either use the cookie cutter or masking to remove the person from the background or if the background is all one solid color (and that color isn't on the character you want to keep, like if the background is all red and they're wearing blue), you can use the chroma keyer to make the red disappear. You could also use the pan/crop tool to just crop in close to the person to minimize how much of the background you see. (It kinda depends on what effect you're trying to achieve. )
However, if you're using something like Windows Movie Maker, pretty much the best you can do is zoom in and try to minimize the background. I'm not sure what your options are if you're using other programs besides those two. |
