Is it possible to turn up the volume on one clip while leaving all the other clips at their regular volumes? I know how to mute a single clip but I see no option to turn up a single clip. And if theres no option, is there some other way to just make someones voice louder through one of the reverb options or something?

Yeah; in the Apply Non-Real Time FX where Reverb is; there's an option that says "Volume", i think its the third last one, and that allows you to turn up/down individual clips

Unfortunately the volume option isn't available in Movie Studio (at least not in my version, which is 6.0 ). However, what I do is render that particular clip by itself as a .WMA or .MP3 with the master volume turned up (sometimes you have to play around with it a couple of times until you get it loud enough without it distorting) then just import it into the project and use it in place of the original. It's a few more steps but it still gets it there in the end if you should happen to not have that option available.

Thanks for the help. I have movie studio 9 so i guess sony wisened and added the volume option, because thankfully it was where littleton_pace said.

However I have a new problem. I went volume crazy and now I need to know how to lower the volume correctly where I can get all my clips to have the same volume. I didnt realize my stupid volume on the pc was turned real low so i thought the new clips Id added to my video were just extremely low. So I turn them to to the highest level like 3-4 foreach one, and then I realized my pc volume was just down. So now everything sounds horrible and uneven lol.

Do you know how to make the opacity bar on clips appear? By clicking the top of the clip and hold/dragging down. Do the same thing on the audio clip and it'll lower the volume

oo ok, simple lol. so if I set them all to the same level with the bar, even if for some I turned it up like five times, andothers were turned up just once, theyll be equal?

No; you have to just fiddle with them all to try and get them the same. But if some are still too loud; you can use the same Volume thing you did to turn it up; but just turn it down
