Lost Video Island

This isn't about one of my vids...this is about me viewing other people's vids on YouTube (this includes embedded YT vids too)

Annoyingly, whenever I view a YT video the audio doesn't play so I can't watch the vids

The audio on my speakers is turned right up so I think it's YouTube. And the speaker audio on the vid I view is turned right up too, so I don't know what it is

Does anyone know how I can get it working again?? It's been going on for a few days

I thought it would have gone back to normal by now.

that's really weird. is it just on youtube? like if you listen to songs on itunes does it work fine?

ive had some audio issues with youtube as well, only happens when i listen to vids in HQ, the volume kinda flickers from being really loud and normal. i thought it was just my own vid and vegas screwed up but it happens on every vid i watch in HQ. :S

Yeah, it's just YT. I was wondering if there were any settings on the site that I needed to change to get the volume back but I don't see any

It's really weird, and very annoying!

ooh; maybe. they've changed youtube so much in the past two weeks or so; im still totally confused by it. that big massive changed to the "My Videos" page happened to me as I was loading a new video. So when I started loading it it was the old way and when it finished loading it was all done up in the new version; i had NO idea what was going on, lol

maybe there's something in your settings or on your profile page? Maybe its something like a giant ON/OFF volume button turned off ;P *wishes*

Lol, yeah I think it did that to me while I was editing vid info O_O

But no, I don't see any options

Ohhh!!! Solved the problem now ^_^ For some reason I.E. was unchecked on my volume mixer

But it's sorted now
