You're welcome! It's either this or do reading for family lawzzzzzzzzzzzzz, so.
Even Jack and Kate (and I don't care for either of them, mind you) are better than homework.

Save it to your HD (rightclick on the picture, 'Save File As',) and then when you upload your video, it will ask you for a video picture and give you a browse button. Browse to the file and select it. It will give you a doublecheck window after you hit the submit button with all the uploaded details, so check and make sure it's there before you hit the 'OK, really submitting' button.
