Thanks so much for your lovely comments, guys! Geez, I don't know where to begin.

Yeah, you were brilliant there! You've got a keen sense for stuff like this. For example, you were the only one to notice or at least to comment on the Snape/ghost effect in my "Power of Love" vid. It always makes me kinda proud when people notice these little things.
Krozure: Thanks a lot for your comments, especially the comment on the colouring effect. I'm really glad that it turned out to be good. My first attempts were kinda shocking, so I'm relieved it worked in the end.
Charlie: Thanks so much, hon! It's good to hear that you enjoyed the audio part in the middle of the song. It's one of my favourite Hurley quotes and I really wanted to put it in the vid. Thanks again!
Cinthia: Yay! I'm so happy that people notice so many little things in this vid, like in your case the blinds transitions. Thanks a lot for your comment!
Jemmz: I'm glad you enjoyed it. Thanks a lot for commenting! Hurley/Saywer should be canon, I recon.
Borislava: Thanks a lot, hon! When will we get to see a new Lost vid from you? I really miss them!
Ashleigh: Thanks for your detailed and lovely comment, Ash! That was an amazing contest, wasn't it? We should have contests like that more often.
Sheree: Thank you so much for your kind words, especially the comment on the editing. You really made me blush here. Many thankies!!
Joon: Vielen lieben Dank!! I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Trey: Quote: | Also surley is totally cannon, you cant tell me they were accually fighting under that tent. |
You're so naughty, Trey! (But probably sooo right, too. ) Thanks a lot for commenting! *hugs* _________________

Oh, Karolina!
I so LOVED this!!!
"Don't Panic" is one of my favorite Coldplay songs and I think you used it masterfully to convey the experiences Hurley has had on the island. I love how you were able to mix feel-good moments with heartbreaking ones (especially at the "all of us are done for" bits). And I really liked the goldish coloring - very vibrant and appropriate for the "we live in a beautiful world."
This vid reminded me how much I adore Hurley. Congrats on third place! Wonderful job!! _________________

What beautiful golden coloring! That just gave it such a sunny glow, so appropriate for Hurley, who tries to keep a sunny outlook even through the dark times!
And awwwwww! The Sawyer/Hurley hug! What an awesome way to end it! Beautiful job and congrats on winning 3rd place! |

Wow! That was purely amazing! I love Hurley so much, and you had everything perfectly on the beat, and everything exactly from his point of view. I wish I could capture a character's POV like that in my vids, I hope you'll check them out because I'd value such a good vidder's opinion! |

Ais: Aww, thank you! I'm glad you liked the colouring. It's always rather difficult to get the colouring and contrast right because the screen of the computer I make my vids at is so much darker than my laptop's screen. It's always such a stuggle.
Thanks again!!
Jinlovessunxx: Thank you so much! I'll definitely have a look at your vids (I'm about to go to work, so I'll do it later). I have to tell you though that I've come a very long way. My very first Lost vids were pretty shocking Hardly any beat use, looong clips, a lot of "talkie" clips and stuff like that. I guess I've been through all the mistakes a new vidder can make. I know it's probably not what you want to hear, but all it really takes is time, patience and practice. There are only very few vidders who get it completely right from their very first vid onwards and I can definitely say that I wasn't one of them. _________________

Simple yet elegant, and strangely a really good fit for Hurley. I loved the coloring, the voiceovers, and the cool collected moves from one section to another. Great stuff! |

Well, you know me, I'm a bit of an Oldschool vidder. I'm not really into effects that much (except for colouring effects, obviously). I prefer to focus on the lyrics and on character/relationship study. As long as I get those parts right, I don't worry about effects too much.
Thanks again! _________________
