I've had similar things like that happen to me, too, but I'm not sure why...  I'll refer this to the webmaster.

That one I have experienced as well. Not sure exactly what it is, but it may have something to do with when a post is deleted or... something. It's rare (at least for me) though.

That I have no idea about but I wouldn't recommend using the forum email notification so much if it keeps doing that... hmmm
Overall, this could have something to do with the 5.0 changes, but I don't think it does. More likely it's the forums themselves. They could use some updating - which I've been putting off until after 5.0 - and they're kinda full of a few holes after my poking around with some mods (like the spoiler text thing). Once we've got more time, I think we could fill those holes a bit  |

It happens with almost every notification I get, so I get multiple emails for each reply.
Its not really a huge deal, I was just curious as to maybe why it happened. 
I usually just check the first email, go read the thread and then delete any subsequent ones for the same exact thread.
When I get any email for PMs I goto my box just assuming there is going to just be one PM now LOL
Again - its not a big thing, just seemed a little odd.
I like the notifications because sometimes I do forget where I posted <DOH> and it helps me keep track of the threads I follow.
Have a good one and looking forward to seeing all the changes with 5.0
